Josie Zambrano
With 13 years of experience as a licensed cosmetologist, cutting hair has always been more than just a career for me, it’s something I truly love. Over the years, life has taken me down a few different paths. I stepped away from the industry to work in healthcare, pursue my nursing degree, and eventually build a career in banking, but I could never completely put down the clippers. There’s something about being behind the chair, connecting with people, and helping someone walk out feeling confident that I’ve always missed. I’m excited to be getting back to doing what I love and joining the barbershop environment again. I look forward to meeting new clients, sharpening my craft, and bringing my years of experience and passion back behind the chair.
Katie Thornton
Hi, I’m Katie! I’m a dual licensed cosmetologist and barber with a love for men’s grooming and short, textured cuts. I’ve been barbering in Steamboat since 2010, and I’m proud to bring years of experience and a passion for the craft to The Parlor. I enjoy camping, mushroom foraging, being a mama, and I’m damn proud to be a Routt County Native!
Kaysee McCammon
Kaysee is originally from Las Vegas and relocated to the valley about 12 years ago. She’s been a licensed cosmetologist for 3 years and is excited to join The Parlor as our apprentice. Under Katie’s mentorship and supervision, she’s passionate about furthering her career, building her skills, and continuing to grow in the hair industry. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors, whether it’s camping, hiking, or snowboarding. We’re excited to have her bring her fresh energy to The Parlor!
